Designed to make civic action effortless and impactful, the bot crafts personalized letters for congress urging support for key pro-democracy legislation—currently focused on the Transnational Repression Policy Act, the Cambodia Democracy and Human Rights Act, and the MEGOBARI Act for Georgia. Based on the user's answers to a few simple questions, the bot generates custom letters reflecting their views and priorities. The chatbot automatically identifies the correct representatives based on the user’s address and provides direct links to official contact forms—we consider letters sent directly from constituents to representatives more impactful than if sent from a central address. In an age of mounting authoritarianism, nothing is more powerful than a voter raising their voice.
